No account, no password, no email required to use this site. Here is exactly what we collect.
Our server logs your IP address, the approximate country your connection comes from, which pages you requested, the time, your browser's user-agent, and the referring page that sent you here.
So we can recognize a returning visitor without making you create an account, we combine ordinary browser characteristics — screen size, time zone, language, platform, processor core count, and a random identifier stored in your browser — into a single hashed value. It is not linked to your name.
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not look you up in data brokers, skip-trace services, or people-search databases based on your visit.
If you type an address, a message to Falcon, or an email into the site, we process it to generate or send your estimate. We do not sell it.
Records are kept for operational review and deleted on a rolling basis. Clearing your browser storage resets your identifier. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal we record that it did. To ask what we hold or to delete it, email [email protected].
This site is served through Cloudflare. Roof geometry is derived using Google's mapping and Solar APIs; estimates you send by email are delivered through our email provider.
